Helen is the Group Director of Social Value at Mitie, the UK's largest facilities management company and a strategic supplier to Government. With a background in public and third sector consultancy and social value leadership at Deloitte, she has focused her career on pioneering commercially sustainable ways to deliver social impact across all sectors. She has previously led volunteering, fundraising and social business scale up programmes, and has experience in holding Board and Trustee positions for VCSEs and community organisations. She is passionate about maximising and optimising how social value is delivered in business as a catalyst for positive societal change
