Becky is Communities and Sustainability Director at Heathrow Airport, leading the delivery of Connecting People and Planet, the airport’s sustainability strategy and overseeing its relationships with local stakeholders. Becky leads a team of issue experts and engagement professionals working across the business with community, government and business stakeholders to deliver the airport’s ambitious commitments.

Becky is responsible for multiple strategies at the airport including community investment, waste and noise, and delivery of its multi-million-pound noise insulation scheme. She oversees Heathrow’s Local Growth Taskforce, a unique collaboration with local government and business partners to drive growth in the sub-regional economy. She represents Heathrow at community forums and key industry groups and is a member of the Board of West London Business.

With over 25 years’ experience in corporate sustainability and community engagement, Becky previously led global home improvement retailer Kingfisher’s ground-breaking sustainability strategy, Net Positive, working across Europe and Asia. As a consultant Becky advised FTSE 100 companies including BMW, Sainsbury’s, Skanska, Balfour Beatty, Barclays and Nationwide Building Society.
