Caron Dunlop is the UK and Europe Head of Social Value at Mott MacDonald, where she provides strategic leadership to shape, direct and deliver inclusive, measurable social value across the enterprise, programmes and projects.

With over 15 years’ experience in the built environment, Caron has led social value strategy and implementation across major public and private sector programmes, including complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.

Caron is highly experienced in navigating dynamic delivery environments, managing risk, and working closely with supply chain partners to ensure commitments translate into meaningful, long-term outcomes.

Caron has been instrumental in developing and implementing social value frameworks, governance and measurement approaches for major UK developments, and is widely recognised for influencing best practice and helping to shape the social value agenda internationally. Through leadership, collaboration and approach, Caron continues to drive systemic change in how social value is defined, delivered and reported.
