Nicki Lyons

Nicki is Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer for VodafoneThree, the UKs largest telco, formed through the 2025 merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK. She joined Vodafone in 2021with responsibility for strategic communications, corporate campaigns and stakeholder engagement programmes to support the business’s reputation and purpose, and the mission to connect communities across the UK by building the UKs best network. Nicki has held senior global roles at PepsiCo, Unilever, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and has previously worked in UK government and international development.
